Do you have a disability or special need which requires our awareness?
Typical requests may include a pre-conference orientation tour, access to a quiet space, or wheelchair access to all areas. Not all requests can be guaranteed, but we will do our best to be as inclusive as possible.

Do you have specific dietary requirements?
We will keep you informed on whether the venue can provide food that meets your needs, if detailed ingredients lists can be made available and if the food can be prepared in a way to prevent cross-contamination
