IMPORTANT NOTICE: The discounted rooms reserved at the Carpegna Palace Hotel for Meeting attendees are fully booked. Below you can find a map indicating other accommodations near the conference venue. 

Conference Venue

TH Roma – Carpegna Palace Hotel is housed in a grand Renaissance-inspired building with a private garden and dedicated access to the beautiful park of Villa Carpegna. Just 2 km from St. Peter’s Square, the hotel is a short walk from Cornelia Metro Station. Recently renovated with a modern design, the Hotel has 203 rooms, 2 restaurants, 1 bar with outdoor space, 6 meeting rooms, a cinema room, a well-equipped gym, a wellness centre, as well as a security service and a spacious outdoor parking.

Payment is required for the reservation, and cancellation is allowed free of charge within 45 days. No discount will be applied if you book your room through the hotel website or any other website. Please DO NOT USE the email booking@carpegnapalace.it for reservations.

Please note that you will be asked to pay for the City Tax (6 € per night) at check-in.
